It may be sacrilegious to ask but do you think the flavours in this recipe would work just as well with regular duram wheat pasta instead of spiralized sweet potatoes? Thanks!

This is probably my favorite recipe of all time. I use brie in place of the goat cheese and sometimes I swap out the figs for dates. It always turns out to be absolutely delicious. Paired with an arugula salad and a big glass of sauvignon blanc and it makes for a simple, elegant, and impressive meal.

I thought cheese and most dairy – outside of almond or coconut milk – we’re off limits?

Made this for dinner and it was a success! (first time). It was really tasty! I used salami instead of proscutto since my hubby is not a fan of proscutto, and it worked out great! :)

Excellent. I was a little hesitant with the figs being that I had never used them for anything before but it came out delicious. We’ve been eating paleo for 3 months now and have never eaten such a variety of foods. Thanks for the great recipes!

I picked up some prosciutto on the way home tonight(I have everything else), so tomorrow night, after work…sooo looking forward to trying it!!
