1. What is your website? Can you narrate us the story behind building it? (What is the unique problem you’re trying to solve)

 The main idea of the website is to help our ideal client to obtain the solution to their Marketing needs in order to increase their success rates.

Although our content is the best way to achieve our goal, we know that it is necessary to maintain closer communication with our unknown visitors as well as with our contact base.

And using push notifications is a great way to make the link closer.

2. What are the various growth or marketing channels you’re trying to get more visitors on the website?

We regularly post content on the website for the users. Email subscribers, social media posts, and other digital platforms are the various channels through which we get more visitors.

3. Do you think customer retention is crucial for businesses? How do push notifications help in it? 

Customer retention is very important for any business. Once we get the customer, the crucial part is to retain and answer the customer’s needs.

The push notifications tool helps to interact with the customers and create a personalized relationship which is important for customer engagement and retention.

Signing up for notifications is very easy for customers and visitors. also with the segmentation feature, it is more accurate to send the information to the targeted audience.

4. How do you plan out your push notification strategy? What are the parameters you consider while building it? 

The most important thing is the piece of content, it must have value and be as actionable as possible. Then we choose according to the metrics someday and time that we can test.

5. What is the most used push notification feature, and how it helped you in getting more conversion rates? 

It depends a lot on the objective, but I think the most functional one is to be able to add a CTA (button).

6. How long have you been using Truepush, and how is it helping you achieve your business goals?

We are using Truepush for more than 5 months and it helped in increasing our conversion rates.
