The Placement Store ™ has been providing information on all government and private jobs free of cost to job seekers right from the beginning and is committed to providing all the job information for free in the future also. Rajesh Antil, who is the founder of the website, says that he started the Placement Store ™ portal with the slogan “No Registration No Half Salary”. In which the most important thing that was kept in mind was to provide timely and latest updates to job seekers. Before starting the website, Rajesh Antil was posted as a branch manager in a multinational company. Along with this, he had a desire to create a website on the Internet but due to lack of the right information, he was not able to do so. Despite this, he left the job and concentrated his attention on the Internet. Now he started giving his time on Google and YouTube day and night, till he had even stopped meeting anyone. They say that in the initial phase, they were searching for various types of information to learn new things on the Internet for 15 to 18 hours a day.
In December 2016, he started a website that was inspired by a big website, worked on this site for the first three months, and understood WordPress very well. But soon it did not take long for them to understand that if they want to become a brand then they have to do something different. The Placement Store ™ was created on 5th April 2017 under such an ideology.
Now, this website Placement Store™ is bringing the latest government and private job information to millions of job seekers every day.

What is your website? Can you narrate us the story behind building it? (What is the unique problem you’re trying to solve)

Our website is Placement Store™. Today it is a well-known name in the free job alert websites across the country. I would be proud to tell the placement store success story. When I started the website I was alone but later my two friends Manisha Antil and Pooja Jangra joined me. All three of us had previously studied together in a coaching class, from which we got to know more about government jobs. Truepush has played an important role in sending job information, reaching out to the people seeking information related to the job.

What are the various growth or marketing channels you’re trying to get more visitors on the website?

At present, Placement Store ™ has resorted to various channels to get more visitors, in which the Truepush role is incredible. We were associated with Truepush in November 2019. After this, the Truepush team gave us unique support to reach out to our goal. Ravi Vaka sir and David N helped us a lot. David N Sir, whenever there is a new change, he definitely tells us. This is the reason why we were able to move so fast with Truepush.
Right now various channels are being used to get more visitors.

Do you think customer retention is crucial for businesses? How do push notifications help in it?

Customer retention is the most important part of any business and push notification is the bone marrow of my website. When a visitor subscribes to a push notification from the website, we send push notifications to his device and inform him about all kinds of job information, Results, and Admit cards.

How do you plan out your push notification strategy? What are the parameters you consider while building it?

When we create campaigns to send a push notification to our subscribers we check what’s new for the subscriber. And timely information delivery is the most important factor in our strategy. While making push notification, we take special care of what information the visitor needs at this time.

What is the most used push notification feature, and how it helped you in getting more conversion rates?

We create a push notification and also use a tag to find the notification for further use.
We like to put a logo and image in push notification which makes the push notification on the user’s device more attractive, which gives a higher conversion rate. The most used feature in Truepush notifications for us is Scheduling notifications at a time interval. This helps us in getting healthy traffic on our website throughout the day.
